My trip to Auckland live

Awesome! We went to Auckland live

Two weeks ago our school went to do a lot of activities. When we arrived there it looked very big, when I got in the building I left my bag in a big room.Then we went in the hall. I saw other children. Then the dancer started dancing and making shapes spirals.They showed us some actions of the there haka.

Next we went to digital art. I tried to look for birdhouses using the I-pad and I saw colourful birds flying. 

Then we went downstairs and I saw a very big screen I sat down and a lady said I had to dial a number and it will connect to telecom.When it was my turn, I blew my hardest and the face of the person on the screen was blown, there hair was flying in the air.

After a minute we walked

to the theatre for a story

it was about saving 

electricity.

ANZAC day celebration!

Last Friday St. Patrick's School sat next to the library to celebrate ANZAC day. First the year 8 students said a prayer with some of Room 7. On the crosses it says the New Zealanders names who died and some people were wearing poppies and I saw a cross and the New Zealand flag. Then we sang the national anthem. When we finished they said symbols during war. Afterwards we put crosses in front and poppies. Lastly we said a prayer and went home.

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I write a recount about ANZAC day.

The best Rugby game in my life

The Best Rugby game in my life!

On the weekends on saturday Me, my dad, little brother went to my rugby game.My teammates

were there as well.

We trained passing,tackling, scrum’s, scoring, and diving.Then we started the game my team started with the rugby ball I started with the ball. I passed the ball to

Charlie and then Charlie passed to Matthew. Matthew ran through the gap and scored a try.

Later on, the green team had a try because there was a small one. The small ones are the fastest

in the team. The green team had 6 but we had 5 but encase we almost had a tie.

After the time was over because we start a quarter past and we finished at 5am. Noah and me had a trophy because we played properly  and we lost the game

Finally Me,my dad,little brother went home.
